Brian is responsible for driving overall strategic growth and managing daily technology operations. Brian founded AlphaCentrix with a vision of creating technology to serve increasing market demand for more streamlined data integration between front, middle, and back office functions. To date, AlphaCentrix’s products and services have facilitated meaningful business solutions for several of the largest and most complex operations in the investment management community.

Prior to founding AlphaCentrix, Brian led large-scale implementations for Advent Software, specializing in installations and upgrades of accounting and trading platforms. Previously, Brian was involved in institutional brokerage and the development of proprietary portfolio accounting applications for Nathan & Lewis Securities and Waterhouse Securities, respectively. Brian earned a B.S. in Business Administration from American University in Washington, D.C.

Charles leads AlphaCentrix's global business development, marketing, and project management teams including the successful execution of large client engagements.

Charles joined AlphaCentrix from SS&C Advent, where he held both positions in the professional services and sales organizations and focused on Advent's largest, high-profile clients. Prior to SS&C Advent, Charles worked for the private client group within DB Alex Brown in San Francisco. Charles received a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University.

Bilal is a Principal of AlphaCentrix's EMEA presence. Bilal originally joined AlphaCentrix in 2011 as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for its professional services team. Bilal then served as Team Lead, responsible for directing the company's SS&C Advent report development practice.

After earning a B.A. in Computer Science from Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan, Bilal's career began as an Oracle developer at ICS Financial Systems. He joined Siscom as a Presales Engineer where he was engaged in large scale technology implementations across the GCC region. Bilal is certified on SS&C Advent's APX, Axys, Geneva and Moxy platforms and has extensive experience implementing the Tradex solution.

Emily manages the AlphaCentrix implementations and global client support teams. Prior to joining AlphaCentrix in 2012, she held roles in operations and client services at large financial services firms and hedge funds. Emily graduated form Lafayette College with a degree in Finance.

Michael oversees the software development team and the architecture of the product. Michael is responsible for the strategic vision for the product's architecture while providing tactical technical solutions for our clients' data integration needs.

Michael has over 10 years of software development experience in financial services. After graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Systems, and Technology, he worked for startups in several industries including consumer banking. Michael joined Fascet in 2014 as a software engineer, and now leads the software development team.

Chris is Vice President of Information Technology at AlphaCentrix, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure operations, IT support, and cybersecurity program. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology, spanning engineering, architecture, support, and leadership roles. Chris is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that support the firm’s business objectives and client environments. He also oversees key initiatives focused on cybersecurity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, including the firm’s information security governance and SOC 2 compliance program. Throughout his career, Chris has built and led high-performing technology teams responsible for complex infrastructure environments and large-scale modernization initiatives. His experience spans strategic planning, operational leadership, and technology integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, supporting organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large multinational enterprises.

Chris holds a degree in Business Information Systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He maintains several industry certifications across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and IT service management, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and completed the Cybersecurity for Executives program at Ithaca College.

Mahmoud leads Alphacentrix EMEA business development by focusing on expanding the company's operations and revenue streams, Sales involve the process of selling a product or service, and Account Management involves managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Mahmoud joined Alphacentrix from PWC where he held a position as an Assistant manager in the assurance services.

Prior to Pwc, Mahmoud has worked with Deloitte as a senior consultant in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Mahmoud received a B.A. in Accounting & Finance. From Al- Yarmouk University.
